Make room for yourself in your life - Practice yoga with Özgün & Dilek

We are two yoga instructors. We have decided to share our experiences on the disciplines that are an essential parts of our lives such as yoga, dance, meditation, reiki, shiatsu massage, kundalini yoga together with different combinations every week. We went thorugh different experiences as we progressed through our lives. We both love to be on the road and we are stepping in to a journey together this time. Our yoga classes that we will teacher together will start on April 4, 2017, Tuesday evening at 19:30. In order to be a part of this flow, please make reservation immediately, because our space is limited to 6 participants. 

We intend to open the gates of our colourful space every Tuesday evening, to share our experiences. 

* We will be teaching every Tuesday beginning from April4th at 19:30
* Classes are suitable for every level of practitioners. Those who will perform yoga for the first time can also participate in the sessions.
* Participation is limited to 6 people, so please contact us and ask us to make a reservation. You can contact us through facebook or send an email to dilekozgunyoga@gmail com. 
* You can bring your own mat or use our mats. Thats optional.

ABOUT US
ÖZGÜN TANGLAY
Özgün Tanglay was always interested in the disciplines focusing on the mind and body interaction. During her university education, she was a member of the Dance Theatre Group. She fell in love with yoga at first sight in 2005 in Ankara and has been a yoga fan since then. 

She was so lucky to keep practicing with great teachers including Ken the Rolfer, Urun Kurtic, Sandrine Kamhi and Alexis Kiresepi. In 2012 she completed the Yoga Alliance 200 Hours Vinyasa Teacher Training Program with Alexis Kiresepi, which she defines as the turning point in her yoga journey. She has attended workshops of Chuck Miller, Cyndi Lee, Zeynep Aksoy, David Cornwell, Hamish Hendry and Hart Lazer. 

The Advanced Teacher Training Program with Mey Elbi which she completed in 2013, has brought a new dimension to her vinyasa classes focusing on the incorporation of breath with movement. She completed the kid's yoga and yOgaMini Project Teacher Training Program with Dr.Neslihan İskit and Deniz Yılmaz in March 2013, Art of Breathing Workshop with Swami Jyotirmayah in September 2012, and Family Constellation Training level 1 with Svagito Liebermeister in December 2012. In 2014 she completed a 100 hrs hour Yoga Alliance Registered 'Safety in Yoga’ Majoring Program with Hart Lazer. She had the chance to work Hart Lazer to explore the effects of trauma in the body thanks to Yoga Therapy 360° programme she was enrolled in February 2015. In 2015, she completed KRI Certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training” (220 hrs) by Amrit Nam Sarovar International & AAA Awakening International Yoga School by Sat Sarbat Kaur & Satmukh Singh & Karta Singh in Turkey and France to gain a new perspective. In March 2016, she participated in a yoga and meditation retreat with her beloved teachers Ramanand Patel and Hart Lazer in Cambodia. She is also interested in Somatic Experiencing.
Özgün adores the sweetness that yoga brings to her breath and to her life, through the observation of true self beyond judgement in the mirror of the body. That’s why she is so motivated to spread the light of this practice to celebrate the joy of life. She practises Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga and enjoys the flow both on the mat and in life…

DİLEK KEPEZ
Dilek has worked as a sales representative for many years in the IT sector. She met yoga in 2012, in a period that I would describe as a turning point in her life path. She became a regular practitioner since then. She felt the transformative power of yoga in every aspect of life.
She practiced Flamenco dance Manuel Reina and Işıl Reina from 2007 to 2012, which was the beginning of the path guiding her towards yoga in the sense of body awareness. In 2015, she left corporate life behind and completed the 200 Hrs Yoga Alliance Approved Majoring Yoga Program with Alexis Gulliver ve Övül Büyükberber. She stayed in India during February & March 2016 and worked with Emile E. Wender focusing on yoga philosophy, mantra, mudra and meditation techniques and learned from experts and trainers of various disciplines. In June 2016 within the scope of the Mentoring Program at YogaŞala she worked with with Uma F. Unat on breathing and meditation techniques, She joined Yoga Anatomy workshops with Ürün Kurtiç. She completed Shiatsu Level 1 & Level 2 programmes with Klaus Metzner in 2016&2017. She still continues Yoga Therapy training with Hart Lazer and keeps working on contemporary dance and body awareness. In her sessions, her aim is to share the inner impacts and observations of the different disciplines she had experienced up to day and trying to provide guidance to participants to create a space to let them live their own experiences
